Fully Responsible for Payroll: 111 employees (52 non-exempt & 59 exempt) – Semi-Monthly pay frequency for all employees (responsible for garnishments, multi-state, W2s)

Time & Attendance are pulled directly from ADP to import directly into Ceridian (hrly only)

Reconciles hours in Ceridian that are imported from ADP (hrly only)
Collect PTO from respective department’s admin. for salary employees only – manually enter PTO/Regular Pay for salary employees in Ceridian
Processes/Prepares Pre-Audit Reports prior to accepting payroll for reconciliation (checklist created by Corporate – Reliance. All hardcopies of the Pre-Audit reports are kept and file accordingly for annual auditing)
Updates any wage garnishment as needed (ig: IRS, Child Support, etc.)
After payroll is accepted: Prepare Post-Audit reports (checklist created by Corporate – Reliance. All hardcopies of the Pre-Audit reports are kept and file accordingly for annual auditing)
Export csv reports from Ceridian to import into OpenInsight (NSA’s GL System) to create the General Ledger
Balance/Reconcile numbers that match Ceridian Tax Services (from General Ledger)
Confirms month end allocations for 4 locations –Total of 17 departments
Finalize updates in Company Handbook
Monthly Reporting – Headcount, 401k, Overtime, Incident/Hours
