This position is also responsible for customer service, balancing truncated client customers, conducting research, proof correction verification, updating procedures and sending out daily management reports.

This position is responsible for accessing a database to create and produce reports and files necessary to end of the day balancing, creating files to send to the Federal Reserve and other clearing houses.

Training new employees and providing additional training to existing employees when necessary. Maintains procedure manual used by Item Processing department throughout the company.

The position is responsible for receiving daily client institution work, in-house and branch capture for proof processing. Also, maintaining logs of previously processed documents for truncated customers.
