Job description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support or assists MQ coordinator in performing manufacturability evaluations of new product launches, including SWR’s for QFN.
Provides engineering assistance for new FAB, FAB transfer and FAB process changes.
Provides engineering assistance for any internal request operation request- non critical logpoint.
Provides engineering assistance for any device BOM changes on qualified products.
Track all requested SWR’s MQ; confirm lot status from SWR Tracking System and to verify status in production.
Initiate form for new MQ devices through e-MQ system.
Monitor actual status of SWR for MQ at the production line. Ensure correct set-up and requirements were satisfied.
Perform required MQ measurements and data collection from front to finish assembly.
SME support on set-ups and DOE (on request and availability).
Support to PMs on X-ray and other requests.
Ensure proper endorsement and publish endorsement report during shift change.
Ensure compliance to all company policies, regulations and programs such as 5s, safety, etc.
Identifies, develops and implement process improvement opportunities to streamline current task.
Report to immediate supervisor any problem/s that arises during the undertaking of the assigned work. Communicate status as needed, including discrepancies, to supervisor; suggest corrective action.
Submit report/s as required by the supervisor.
