As junior executive (Electrical).

Engaged as a junior executive (Electrical) for a Powder coating and resin manufacturing and packaging plant. Core responsibility involving Handling of Production and maintenance, Trouble shooting of Electrical problems in Utility Management, maintenance of utility equipment’s, Periodic maintenance of core process equipment, leading a team of operators and contract labors, reporting to the maintenance Manager.

Managing breakdown jobs & Preventive Maintenance steps taken that covers DOL, Star Delta starters, circuit breakers, HT isolators, VFD drives.

Maintaining Co-operation and co-ordination between inter departments plus Assisting and reporting to higher Authority.

Responsible for periodically check/amend spare parts consumption analysis as well as Preparing Monthly operational review.

Operation and Maintenance of Non IBR boilers, DGs, Compressors, and AC drive system.
