On site project / process engineer for a high tensile polyester strap extrusion application that was developed at the corporate lab facilities in Canada. Responsible for implementation on a manufacturing line that incorporated significant equipment and process changes including coextrusion of an outer shell and flame treatment of the edge of the tape in order to meet the high tensile objective.
