Project Development and Execution Experience
Creation of FEED, Detail Design and Project Execution Plan Estimates for the Infrastructure portions of the Project.
Manage projects from feasibility to construction completion in a large petro-chemical processing plant. Interface with Client personnel including: Site management, unit engineers, maintenance personnel, and others to identify project scope, the needs of the plant, and ways of reducing cost and complexity. US Coast Guard TWIC clearance, TCEQ, OSHA and EPA compliance negotiator.
Environmental, Greenfield and Brownfield issues mitigation, Pipeline, distribution systems and loading dock management. Rotating equipment, Pumps, VFD, VSD and control instrumentation..
