Interning as a Junior Software Developer (5/16/2016 – 8/5/2016) Responsibilities:
Gained insight into how a consulting software development firm runs and sat in on several sales calls while learning how to best handle scope creep.
Responsible for re-designing an internal web application called “TimeKeeper” that is used to track the developer’s consulting time. This required extensive use of MVC5, JQuery, and Kendo UI elements. Included both front and back-end coding along with several other interns working as a team to complete objectives.
