Work as a system engineer, to troubleshoot/technical support various field issues and analysis performance including KPI for Sprint NV CDMA/EVDO Radio Access Network.

SME for BSC core interfaces and Handoff such as IVHHO, IFHO and Inter-BSC Handoff.

Work for eCSFB which provides a mechanism to leverage the current CDMA circuit switched network to deliver voice and ancillary services to dual mode, single radio 1xRTT/LTE device.

Responsible for testing AW96, AW100 and Enterprise Femto system (AW96 and AW100 systems are the company device that is the IP CDMA Radio Access Network (IP-RAN) products that deliver 3G and 4G voice and data platforms.)

Tested and verified SW features of CDMA BSC/BTS system with BSM(Base Station Manager) and Femto system with FSM(Femtocell Service Manager). SW features are 1x Voice call, 1x Data call, EVDO call, Handoff(Softer,Soft,Hard HO), capacity, max call, loading, alarm, status, configuration, statistics, air interface protocol features.

Set up internal network environment for in house testing. Used CA, PDSN, AAA, BSC/BTS, BSM, IMS SecureGateway, OpenACS for FSM.

Developed test procedures for the company developed system.

Analyzed messages between CA-BSC and BTS-Mobile to find a problem. Used Wireshark for packet analysis and QXDM.

Also in charge of package release and customer’s field issues.
