About Me
A Human Resource Master’s Degree Holder.
With a strong administrative background for 10 years in human resources. Works at Qatar Olympic Committee for the Swimming World Cup 2013-2014 as Supervisor and Coordinator and World Swimming Championships 2014 as Acting Head of Human Resource Department.
Expert on organizational chart and staffing analysis, writing job description and job specification, filing manual and electronic records, payroll and managing task simultaneously with limited supervision.
A Computer Science graduate with excellent IT skills, a computer database programmer for 13 years. I’m selling and maintaining programs in Accounting, HR Information Systems and MIS etc. I have also written manuals on the programs I’ve made for end users. I have high exposure in MS Office namely, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS Publisher and MS Visio.
Fluent in written and verbal English, with little Arabic writing and reading skills, Native Visayan and Tagalog.

Operational Experience
At Qatar Olympic Committee, As HR Acting Head I communicated with all departments providing business support, ensuring information flow and sharing of knowledge.
For 10 years of Administrative experience, I composed correspondence, memoranda, minutes, reports, end user manuals and documents.
Set up, organize and maintain employee records both manual and electronic so that they are easily retrievable by all departments across the company.
I oriented newly hired employees regarding company policies, procedures, customer satisfaction, work ethics and processes of the business including office tour.
I’ve developed more than 100 plus job descriptions and job specifications during the Swimming World Cup and Championships last 2013-2014 held in Doha, Qatar and coordinates the recruitment approvals process.
I conducted employee performance appraisal and identified department’s strengths and weaknesses with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Prepared monthly payroll on time with IBAN and other data included. Prepared supporting documents for changes of employment or salary increases of all employees.
As a Human Resource teacher, I conducted lectures on best practices in my field of work, I developed new ways in solving Human Resource problems and made recommendations.
I gathered data such as staffing plan, organizational chart, contact list, office supplies, leaves, departmental employees, volunteers and statistical reports to inform CEO, COO, Managers, Deputies and Department Heads across all departments.
Innovation Experience
Using MS ACCESS, I developed my own Human Resource Information System for faster retrieval of records in different ways to be used by department members. I also programmed different systems in Accounting, Entrance Exam, Automated Voting System, MIS and Student Information System. I’m also capable of integrating functions of MS Access, MS Word and MS Excel.
Using MS Visio, I developed a presentable organizational chart.
Developed an Automated Grading System, Attendance System using Bar Code Technology.
Developed new ways of improving objective interview questions based on job description and specification.
Taught HR practitioners on new methods on employee observation, appraisal, manual and electronic filing and rewards system.
