Faster Detail Drawing generation :-

I trust in Master Drawing Catalogue (MDC) in Tekla (Ver 16.0-21.0) software for faster drawing generation. Like cloning of drawings in Tekla software, with API tools developed through DotNet interface.

Employment Record

• I worked in M/S AARBEE Structure Limited, from Jan 2012 to Sep 2015 in Bangalore, India. I worked as Sr. Quality Manager.

• I worked in M/S Steel Plus Limited, Kolkata as a Structural Engineering Head. My duties are checking of drawing, Training people, and co-ordination with client. From Jan 2007 to July 2010.

• I worked in M/S Bechtel India from Oct 2002 to Dec 2006 as a structural checker and coordinator.

• I have join M/S TATA Iron and Steel Company’s engineering division (C.E.D.D), Jamshedpur (India) in August 1979 and worked with them up to January 2000. Company’s business where I worked

• M/S Aarbee Structure is steel detailing organization for US projects.

• M/S Steel Plus India :- This is Canam Steel Group (Canada) and working in industrial/Commercial project in the software SDS/2 and in Tekla Structure.

• M/S Bechtel India:- This is a multinational engineering procurement and construction company.

• M/S TATA STEEL:- This is a steel making company and I worked with them in their Engineering Division.

Project Handled:

• At present I am working for Steel Mill building structural steel design and detailing.

• From Jan 2007 to July 2010, I mainly worked in commercial steel building for US and Canada.

• From Oct 2002 to Dec 2006 I worked for Sohar Alumina Project (Oman). Comalco Alumina Refinery Project (Australia).

• From 1979 to 2000 mainly I was busy for M/S TATA STEEL’s modernization program. Example:- Tar DOLO brick plant, Thermal power station, Rolling mill, Soaking pit, Lime Calcining Plant, Raw materials conveyor gallery, up gradation of iron ore mines, L. D. steel building, turbo Blower of Power house No. 2 etc Design and coordination and checking of all design drawings.

Achievement:- Model preparation of River pump house and Blast furnace gas pipeline and its Trestle in XSTEEL software with the help of PDS (Frame works plus) and STAAD. Intranet web preparation for TATA network to inter link with Quality procedure and new system of software like PDS (Frame works plus), XSTEEL and AUTOCAD with the Help of front page 2000 and HTML tags and JavaScript. Introduce the desulphurization system in L.D. process building, in a running plant in record time.

Modification of Gantry girder in Tube Division(Tata Steel) due to acid attack from their acid tank leakage near galvanizing plant, with a planned shut down. 3 of 3

Training Courses

• In M/S ROLTA India (Bombay) in 1997-98 for one and half month training for 3-D software like XSTEEL (Tekla Structure) Ver 17.0, STAAD Pro, PDS (Frame works plus) and NT network concepts. M/S TATA Iron and Steel Company Limited sponsored the training.

• E-Commerce course in Aptech (JAMSHEDPUR).

• DotNet programming in C#, VB and web applications. For Tekla API tool applications. Computer Skills

• Application software: AutoCAD Rel14 to 2015, Tekla Structure, SDS2 ver 7.039 and STAAD Pro.
