Ongoing Project: Madinat Jumeirah hotel & resort (Al Naseem Hotel) Project Cost: USD 680 Mn Project Profile: The Madinat Jumeirah Phase 4 Development is a 450 key 5 star luxury hotel resort that is positioned between The Mina Al Salam and The Al Qasr Hotels in terms of the product offering. The new development provides the physical link between the existing Jumeirah resorts on either side and is to connect with its neighbor’s in such a manner that the hotel guests can easily access the greater resort of the Madinat. The architecture of the resort is to be a comfortable visual transition between Jumeirah Beach Hotel/The Burj Al Arab and the Madinat resort.

Finalize construction plan in line with project baseline schedule, and implement work breakdown structure (WBS)

Review procurement schedule against the construction package and follow up with supplier to meet deadlines

Participate in tender processing for subcontracts, evaluation of bids, and recommend wards
