Lead network engineer responsible for delivering reliable data, VOIP Telephony, copper, fiber and wireless communications to over 500 employees throughout 150 departments

Perform scheduled after-hours hardware and software maintenance upgrades for all core routers, switches, wireless AP’s and servers

Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the onsite Cisco 2911 routers and Catalyst 3560G switches
