Develops and maintains all training records; monitors, schedules, and prepares training; assists Soldiers in personnel actions and schedules service school attendance; plans and executes company movement plans; attends schools and conferences as required; operates Digital Training Management System and other training systems; maintains positive control of over $80,000 worth of equipment; responsible for coaching, teaching, mentoring and overall health and welfare of 200 US Soldiers.

Serves as a full time assistant to the company commander; drafts for approval training directive and operations orders and analysis of various training reports; procures, designs, produces and distributes to subordinate a variety of training aids for the efficient operations and training of subordinate; prepares routine correspondence and drafts replies on more complicated matter for approval; monitors, reviews, and analyzes all training and readiness reports from subordinate; provides assistance and guidance in the preparation for and successful accomplishment of company training.
