SUMMARY

I am Sabira Mirajy. I have been working in the IT industry as a QA Analyst for more than eight years. I have diverse experience of testing. I did smoke testing, Functional testing, Regression testing, Back end testing, End to End testing, Adhoc testing, System testing, Production support, Sanity testing and Operational Readiness Regression testing. And while doing functional testing I did Positive, Negative and Boundary testing.

I am very good in Back End Testing. I have clear understanding about the SQL query. I know how to manipulate the database and I can pull any data that is needed to validate a scenario. In my last project the database was on Oracle and the tool that I used to connect the database that was the SQL Developer. I am equally good in Web services testing. I used SOAP UI for Webservices testing.

I used Quality Center for writing the test cases, executing the test cases and to submit the defect, track the defect and to close the defect. In my last project I was equally involved with the automation using QTP. In fact, I am able to work as an automation engineer independently and in a team. I am equally good at handling Selenium IDE.

I also know how to do performance testing and security testing. In my projects I also worked with the performance testing team and they used Load Runner. I should also add that I am a very good team player. I can work under any kind of stressed situation. I have divers experience of integrating with different kind of people at different time with different atmosphere. I go much into the depth of the problem. I am a detail oriented person. I go much deeper into the business process; I try to understand the system first and then I test it in detail so that the system meets the business requirements.

Sovereign bank is a leading financial bank providing banking, insurance, investments, mortgage and consumer finance to its client & customers nationwide.

Mostly I worked on online banking that was withdrawing money, depositing money, transferring money, paying bill. I also worked on credit card. I was involved credit card end to end.

I was involved in testing a Web based application, which has front office activities. Front office activities include accounts, cash management, transfers/transactions, check book issues and maintenance.

The application is E-Commerce based and designed on the Internet to track product catalog, product price and online shopping. The application has several modules including product catalog information, customer order entry processing system, shipping information, bridal and gift registration and service information. The project also involved conducting e-commerce with features such as campaigns, mass mails, shopping cart and check out.
