Maintenance and Engineering - Fleet Technical Management Planning and Project Engineer (January 2015-June 2016)

Develops and administers a continuous enhancement of the company’s maintenance program and plans the scheduled inspections for optimum productivity and high utilization of PAL Express fleet.

Responsible for the oversight of the PAL Express fleet special projects, especially aircraft phase in – phase out and heavy maintenance checks.

Formulates the airframe, engine, and component maintenance program to ensure the realization of the inherent safety, reliability, and airworthiness of the equipment in the most economical manner.

Forecasts schedule for heavy maintenance checks (C-check and above) and other major maintenance activities consistent with the company’s maintenance program in coordination with the Maintenance provider and PAL Express Fleet Planning.

Reviews, processes, and accepts engineering documents applicable to PAL Express aircraft and technical validation of invoices issued by the Maintenance Provider.

Team leader/Project manager of PAL Express on-site technical representative team that monitors the compliance of Aircraft Maintenance Provider regarding planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling of workload during scheduled maintenance checks.
