I held the position of Project manager; I was over several subdivisions, (custom division) with two finish managers under my belt. Home prices were in the high $500's to over 1 million

• Plan review with homeowners (pre construction) other inspections: pre - drywall

• Oversaw construction of residence thru completion and homeowner orientation,

• Finish manager was responsible from drywall to completion. I set all homeowner walks and ran all schedules.
