Served as the focal point for all quality related matters in Subsea Deepwater installation projects.
● Conducted both internal and supplier ISO9001 quality audits for the project team.
● Successfully investigated root cause of a Subsea In-Line Structure (ILS) failure using six sigma methodology of DMAIC and potentially saving $3.5 million for company.
● Developed and assured execution of Project Quality Plan and Project Audit Plan.
● Developed and implemented Risk mitigation during project execution. This reduced recurrence of known issues in projects by more than 90%.
