Project Quality Manager

Served as the focal point for all quality related matters in Subsea Deepwater installation projects.

● Conducted both internal and supplier ISO9001 quality audits for the project team.

● Successfully investigated root cause of a Subsea In-Line Structure (ILS) failure using six sigma methodology of DMAIC and potentially saving $3.5 million for company.

● Developed and assured execution of Project Quality Plan and Project Audit Plan.

● Developed and implemented Risk mitigation during project execution. This reduced recurrence of known issues in projects by more than 90%.

● Approval of supplier Inspection and Testing Plans and Quality Plans in order to fulfill critical client contractual obligation of ensuring proper oversight during fabrication. This was completed on 100% of projects completed.

Served as a Process Quality Engineer to qualify new product launch, troubleshoot field returns and certify critical offsite fabrication facilities including technicians.

● Extensive experience in ISO 9001-2008 auditing. Performed routine internal audits of products and processes. Participated in supplier quality audits, supplier development initiative, and scorecard development projects. Worked with purchasing on supplier quality monitoring and on vendor selection.
