Responsibilities include: High volume testing, Analyzer maintenance, Quality Control Management, Supply Ordering, Supervision of 25 employees, Performing Cell Separation Procedure for analyzing food sensitivity, execute performance evaluations, payroll approval for lab staff, interpret histogram results, corrective action documentation, implement safety guidelines, Follow OSHA-HIPPA-CLIA guidelines,monitors compliance with policies and goals, assists to maintain proper guidelines with processing and accessioning of specimens.
STUDENT SHADOW PARAPROFESSIONAL:1999-2006
Responsible for shadowing a special needs child with Cerebral Palsy. This occurred inside a classroom setting. Responsibilities included assisting him with every function from walking, eating, social aspects, academics, etc. Also included home schooling, as well as on educational field trips. (2002-2006)
Responsible for shadowing a special needs Kindergarten/First Grade student with Hyperlexia inside a classroom setting. Responsibilities included helping to guide him with his social and educational needs, and guiding him with his emotional needs. (1999-2002)
