IBM

Infosphere Data Replication, remote (San Jose, CA) 2009 – Present

Design, develop and test code for VSAM and IMS replication products which are part of GDPS Active-Active solution. Develop code on workstation with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET.

Introduced Agile methodologies, increasing productivity and quality of product.

Experienced with all aspects of Agile Development (have been scrum master of VSAM Replication / DevOps teams for the past 3.5 years).

Converted product from SAS/C to IBM/C, to better conform with the rest of IBM replication products.
