RF Module Operated Car (September 2014)
Engineered an RF module car under course Mechatronics in which 4 motors attached to each wheel were connected to the RF transmitter, soldered on a PCB board and using RF interfacing, the receiver on the remote was able to send RF signals which could be picked up by the transmitter and hence resulting in motion of the car. Familiarization with: Level 1 robotics, Basics of Radio Frequency modulation.
Hydraulic Arm (April 2015)
Pioneered the development of a Hydraulic Arm using Sticks, Syringes, Thin plastic pipes. Represented For State Level Model Presentation
Design of Centrifugal Pump by ASME Standards and its comparison with API 610 Standards
(June 2014 – June 2015)
Design of various parts of centrifugal pump such as Volute Casing, Impellers, Motor, Mountings by ASME Standards and comparing with API 610 Standards. 3D Designing and assembling of parts in software such as ACAD, CREO.
Cart Project (March 2016)
Designed a CART model using the CREO PARAMETRIC software and check for its global interference. Modelled the various parts of the cart which consisted of its handle, the cargo, the hex bolts, the upper and lower arms, the front and back tyres etc. After the assembly of the cart project, the detailing of the project was represented on sheet.
Burney Cutting Jig (April 2016)
Designed Burney Cutting Jig using Solidworks and evaluated the Global interference. The manufacturing of the various parts of the Burney Cutting Jig was done using the Creo Manufacturing software. The manufacturing consisted of milling, drilling and turning operations. Also Sheets where created with BOM, spreadsheets using Solidworks Software.
