As a Cisco Collaboration Pre-Sales engineer, I assist sales and engineering with solution development and delivery as well as lead technical and business requirement discovery for complex pre-sales engagements based on our HCS offerings including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), IM & Presence (Jabber), Cisco Unity Connection and Unified Contact Center Express. Develop hosted collaboration & communications strategies/designs for partners and customers

C-SPAN is a television & radio station having 400 employees in Washington DC and almost 25 in Arizona. I was especially responsible for smooth working of “Online” department that was responsible for promoting all news on website, live feeds & video clips. All web servers, database servers, search engine, encoders and streaming server were part of this department. As an Administrator, I was installing, configuring and maintaining all these servers. At that time C-SPAN had 15 websites and three TV channels. I was also taking care of smooth transfer of 26 feeds of Senate Hearing of USA. Few other responsibilities were:

Ghazi Barotha Dam Project 1997-1999

Consultant

Worked with Chinese and established whole new communication system. Bought and configured the communication system including Multiplexer and Walkie Talkies. Established twenty four phone lines to have smooth telephonic communication between Dam and other locations. From frequency board allocated frequencies to these Walkie Talkies.
