Description: The client company has a number of different booking and processing systems worldwide to support the business. The Home Office Suite of systems provides the collection and processing of Client data from around the world. Branch Offices and Affiliate Offices are required to report Premium and Loss Detail Data and Summary Data in a standardized format to the Head Office on monthly basis to the PC OGIS Edit system (Overseas General Insurance System) also this application helps to calculate maintain quarterly/yearly income from business, calculate commission detail and produce gross profit balance sheet reports of the organization.

DAC- (Deferred Acquisition Cost) – Jun 2016 to till date

The finance team in the RO(Reporting Office) and PC (Profit Center) will enter detail information such as deferrable commissions and GOE (General operation Expenses). The centralized model than calculate and produce the DAC (Deferred Acquisition Cost) matrix based on the earning pattern. This model is used by 180 plus RO and 13 PC to calculate the DAC numbers. It takes multiple currency and converts functional currency as USD rates.

Client organization input or process their finance related transection through mainframe systems. FFGEN has been deployed to get the data which processed through mainframe job runs (JCL) and finally generate adhoc reports on different formats.

AES (Adjusted estimate system) – This application helps to customize the data processed through mainframe system. If any scenario data requires any kind of adjustment like commission & claims adjustment AES allows modification for the same.
