ManPower - 2000 – Performed independent software testing using Altiris. Pushed OS images and software packages to 120 computers over a self built network(hardware infrastructure in place)via a Microsoft Windows 2000 Server using DHCP and Pre Boot Execution Environment(*.pxe).
Convergys - 2001 – Microsoft technical support. Acting as a representative of Microsoft, I provided technical support for operating system installation and maintenance, including OS upgrades and internet connectivity.
Software Spectrum – 2003 – Provided technical support for Microsoft products Outlook 2000, Outlook Express and NetMeeting
West– 2005- Provided technical support for AT&T to customers with issues ranging from handset difficulties to internet and cellular connectivity disruption.
