Was a cnc machine operator, operated a brake press machine for manufacturing fixtures for led company.

operated brake press to bend aluminium led plates to different sizes, shapes, and

angles for various fixtures.

Tapped and sanded down led plates before bending to different size, shape, and angles.

Maintained a safe and clean work area around the machines.

Helped out shipping department when help needed.

Worked in a aerospace environment. worked on the 2500 ton press forming airplane engine

covers for customers on demand.

Cut out aluminum material to correct size by measuring correct length and width.

Prepared material by using wax to help stretch out material to prevent material ripping while on the 2500 ton

press.

After material is stretched to correct length and width we use solvent to remove access wax from material.

Maintain a clean and safe working area around the press.

Used socket wrench plastic hammers and rawhide hammers to help change various plates and help form

material.
