-Designed visual management for an AGV system which delivers parts and packaging between receiving, molding, key part manufacturing for four automated assembly lines. This project contributed to the reduction of six manpower.

-Modified the layout of a printer repair operation from a straight line to a U shaped flow which reduced cell material handling distance by 75% and saved 6,000 square feet. Prepared multiple layouts using AutoCAD and presented options to all levels of management.

-Wrote standard time for three products using time study. Used standard time to analyze performance loss due to deviation from standard work practices and presented results to Quality, Manufacturing and Business planning departments.
