Job Summary:
1.Maintains IEN Controllers and Verifone VX520 /Hypercom Optimum Series Machines for POS Credit Card.
2.Respond to service calls initiated by Dispatching Officer and performs the following: basis troubleshooting, maintenance works (Preventive and Corrective, Ad Hoc Calls (Ad Hoc in this regards means response to VIP clients and service level clients)
3.Fulfills service calls by having merchants and other users sign the acceptance form and engineering report, as applicable
4.Install and orient merchants for POS related service calls
5.Answer queries by phone and email to Clients
6.Generate and submit daily engineering activity report to Dispatching Officer
7.Back up Technical Support for Network and Computers Equicom Saving Bank
