WORK HISTORY
Cowles publishing company in WA(2000-2002).
As a data center technician, I was responsible for running network including
daily back up and administering network which contains 600 users for over 2 years.
Adding / removing users, moving files on network, installing server and desktop,
Covering help desk when help desk personal were gone for the day whien I was on 2nd shift was some of my daily duty.
After I moved here from WA in 2003, I was self-employed until 2011.
Last 2 years, I was working at Mstelecomm as a area manager, managing business including 5 Boost stores. That includes maintaining pc's and printers and phones which requires factory reset, clean install, virus removal on pc and tablet & much more.
I feel very confident working on network & helpdesk.
