1.0WORK DESCRIPTION

Responsible of the plant start-up, operation and shutdown of the power plant.

Coordinates with the NGCP grid line and client Daneco for the proper load dispatch and operation.

Directs supervision of the synchronization between power plant and the grid line.

Performs periodic ocular inspection of engine, auxiliaries, electrical Panel and substation equipment, instrumentation and controls.

Performs minor and major troubleshooting, repaired, diagnostic analysis and maintenance works.

Follow-ups and records operation of all generating units, auxiliaries and makes sure that maintenance schedules/repairs are being followed.

Prepares various productions report, outage and generation report, job order, manpower schedule, maintenance schedule and other office report.

Attend coordination and contractor meeting

Review contractor checklist, progress bill and conduct punch listing.

Prepares various Designs, drawing and estimate of additional and revision of the power plant.

Observes and abides Safety Rules and Regulations.

Evaluate and coordinate the design and estimate on mechanical P&ID, electrical low and medium system, substation and transmission line plan.

Supervises and inspection of the installation, testing and commissioning of electrical units (switch gear, Transformer, low & medium voltage cable, auxiliary Motor, 5MW Generator, substation and 13.2KV/69KV short Transmission line.

Prepare progress and schedule of work

Attend contractor and coordination meeting.

Prepare material estimate and revision plan

Prepares and update daily reports, weekly report, monthly report, calibration test report, materials delivery and other construction documents.

Conduct daily site inspection.

Conduct and prepare checklist and balance of work.

Review the constructor progress bill and schedule of works.

Responsible of overhauling of induction motor and testing during the engine overhauling.

Conduct inventory of instrumentation and electrical equipment during the engine overhauling.

Assist on the engine overhauling and other mechanical works.
