Detailed Experience

SaskPower

Project Manager November 2015 – April 2016

SaskPower was using SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse (BW) 7.4 as its main Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence repository. But all systems in SaskPower's landscape were Single Page non-Unicode. Due to an imminent upgrade to NetWeaver 7.5 on HANA, there was a need to convert a 7-systems technical landscape to Unicode in a timely and safe manner with minimum disruption to their users.

My role at this project was to plan, coordinate resources and execute the Unicode migration for all BW instances in the landscape. SaskPower currently runs SAP BW under IBM Power series server running AIX 7 and Oracle 11.2.

As part of this project I also coordinated the upgrade of the Oracle RDBMS from 11g (11.2) to 12c (12.1).

Magneti Marelli/FIAT Chrysler Automotive (Jeep)

Project Manager May 2015 – July 2015

Magneti Marelli is an international Group committed to the design and production of hi-tech systems and components for the automotive sector. With more than 38.000 employees, 89 production units, 12 R&D Centres and 26 Application Centres, the Group has a presence in 19 countries and supplies all the most important car makers in Europe, North and South America and Asia. Magneti Marelli is currently owned and controlled by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V..

Magneti Marelli has recently inaugurated 4 brand new manufacturing plants inside the state of the art Jeep/Chrysler Automotive Park in NE Brazil. My role as SAP Project Manager/Team Leader was to coordinate the go-live roll-out in the new plants and to ensure that all financial, logistics and manufacturing processes were positively affected by the new configuration of the SAP instance.

In charge of the first two financial closing cycles with mentoring, training and troubleshooting of the FI-CO configuration with special emphasis on Product Costing and Material Ledger.

The Magneti Marelli project was executed under a contract with Cyrius Consulting, a preferred SAP vendor with headquarters in Torino, Italy and São Paulo, Brazil.
