Use of drill press, hand drill, Bridgeport machine, band and cutoff saw and tapping.
Pemcert and Heli Coil. Soldering on printed circuit board and connectors.
Fabricate panel and brackets for prototype assemblies.
Position, align and adjust mechanical, optical and motion assemblies.
Assemble and test of sub-assemblies and final laser assembly.
Inspect and measure parts for assembly.
