Description :
In this study for a supply chain management the applicability of Benders’ Decomposition method is applied for achieving the maximum profit. The lingo8.0 version is applied to achieve the result. The optimum product mix which is necessary for maximum profit is determined. In this model which captured both scale and scope economics and considers revenue and cost trade –offs throughout the various stages of supply chain further .The piecewise concave production cost function and fixed charges and defective reworks are used in this model. The proposed solution algorithm can be very useful for solving reasonably sized instances.
