Recruited business clientele and maintained existing current clientele. Always marketing myself whether it was through cold calls, business to business introducing myself, welcoming customers into the store with a warm welcoming attitude. Excellent at closing sales, great at reading personalities, by asking the customer several quick questions, I basically was able to have the product sell itself. No one likes a pushy salesman, however customers like knowledgeable, friendly, and honest salesman. I also marketed myself by passing out flyers with quotes and a business card or a box of sweets and donuts. There was many times I scheduled meetings with managers of a business and help a power point presentation or a good old fashion pen, paper, and calculator. At the particular retail location I worked at we also repaired phones, this gave me the opportunity to build reporte with the customer, then they would bring in a friend, sister, aunt, etc, every person I met with was a potential business perspective. When my manager was out I was responsible for all of these duties, but also making sure all of the other employees were following these procedures as well to meet the monthly sales objective.

Humana was not so much a sales job as it was Customer Service. At Humana I worked in a call center environment as well answering the phone to health insurance related questions. I would effectively answer all customer problems and concerns and do everything possible to solve them. I was responsible for explaining explanation of benefits, adjusting claims, refer unresolved grievances for further investigations, handle billing complaints, and any issues with the most utmost care.

As far as myself goes, I spend a lot of time working with my families non-profit organization. My mom passed away March 5, 2013 of cancer on my sisters birthday. We created an organization that was originally called Cancer Sucks, and changed the name to Shirley's Way in honor of my beautiful momma. We raise money by selling the shirts, having 5K runs, silent auctions, golf scrambles and so many more events to help people who cannot afford their treatments or living expenses while going through the horrible dreaded cancer. Our organization has really taken off, my brother Mike Mulrooney has been on the news many times and now we even have a theme song which is getting ready to go to Nashville, it is called, "I hope I made them proud" written by a very talented and local man named Shane Dawson, so that consumes lots of my time. I have a beautiful twelve year old daughter and eight year old son. I love to work in my yard and garden, I am a huge DIYer, I like to take ugly things and make them pretty again, and of course, I sell things on ebay.
