AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Product placement - Merchandising stocks according to the brand guidelines, product

stories and flow

Space planning - Having the ability to create space for the new stories to highlight in

the floor, handling 11 Department Stores in a region with different floor layouts and

fixtures to display merchandise

Creative - Ability to do colour palettes, color coordination, plain versus print rule and

stories with or without a brand guidelines. Can make outfits in the fixtures, gondola, and

in the volume stands and tables. Placing dressed mannequins in volume tables and

Brand marketing - Involved in doing brand activity, store allocations, and POS

planning in every stores, communicating with the brand partner from London and

marketing team to do the approval and decision making, for what materials to be used,

quantity subject to allocate per store grade and sizes. Doing allocation with the vm

staffs once POS is ready from the printing press

Maximising sales - Delivering good and making merchandise looking attractive for

customers, making outfits and doing add ons in a particular display helps customers to

to give more options to buy. Having conversation with the store managers and staff to

maintain and replenish the merchandise. Emails management team and in store vms

for the updated merchandise done and to be implemented to other stores for the brand

consistency.

Opportunities - Travelled around kingdom of Saudi Arabia for brand support,

supervising staffs, and involve new store set up

Fixture layout - Supervising in store vms to what floor fixtures to be used in changing

stories and outfits in gondolas and walls
