1.LABOR RELATION - Ensure that legal requirements are being complied in the processes of Employment, Working Condition and Termination.
2.EMPLOYEE RELATIONS - Assure that both legal and company benefits and/or incentives are being well served to the whole workforce. Also secure the updated company employee’s profile based on the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Company Benefits and Company Incentives processes.
