I hold classes to certify each employee in training for the forklifts. In the weekly leads meeting I meet with my leads to give them ideas of how to handle different situations. Also things we need to work on to keep payroll numbers and business report numbers down. I also investigate accident and incidents. Work with employees closely, encourage them, and also show the employees appreciation. Also show strong leadership as well as enforcing the company policies.

Come in a set time before the shift started to unload trailers and scheduled appointments. Once all trailers and appointments were unloaded the lead assigned everybody a task to do for the day. If I was sorting for the day I would have to sort out all the merchandise that came off the trailer by the item number.
