DUTIES & PROJECTS WORKED ON

At Law Firm managed calendars, travel arrangements, executive committee agendas, bi-monthly payroll on ADP Pay at work, employee benefits with Sun Life, new hire orientation, attendance management and personnel files for firm.

At CIBC proactively manage the Vice President’s calendar setting internal and external meetings as per priorities, while maintaining and building effective relationships; assist with PowerPoint presentations, agenda management, process invoices, expenses online on PeopleSoft, for the VP and Senior Directors.

At CIBC managed calendars of Directors for team and client meetings, travel arrangements, event planning and budget management. Back up for executive assistant to Vice President Marketing.

Card Products Division, Directors Plan – Successfully coordinated the 2010 Plan presentation to the SVP. Compiled the Marketing deck. Ensured all final presentations from Technology, HR, Operations, Finance, Risk and Marketing departments, which were highly confidential, were compiled and distributed on day of Plan
