Definition and execution the business plan for building automation in Spain, tertiary and industry segment. Promotion the BA business with the main clients of the market in Spain: end customers, investors, public administration, engineering, architects, wholesalers & dealers, builders, system integrators and installers. Manage of engineering department and projects, big accounts and partners. Elaboration, tracing and signing the offers with the clients. Report of the market status, competence and activities in CRM “Sales Force” and SAP. Mediator with knx factories placed in Germany. Speaker and editor of public articles in congresses, universities, masters, training centers and road shows. Definition, execution of the business plan and launch a new division of video surveillance in Spain. Manage the indirect channel of sales with wholesalers (about 600), and direct channel of sales, with eight sellers. Negotiation with the national and international providers (import from UE). Manage of customers databases and big accounts. Launched in the Aslan Fair in IFEMA, Madrid (March of 2007).
September 2000 – October 2006: Tronic Ibérica S.A. Commercialization my Final Career Project (Bankia Award, financial entity). My Final Career Project consisted of an integral design for the Geriatric Residences. I developed a software of visualization and control of all the installations of the geriatric residency, including: system of a medical alarm, centrals of fixed and wireless telephone, fire alarm, video surveillance, telecare, room automation, etc.
Develop and implement of the marketing plan at national and international level, with the support of the public Administration of Valencia (IVEX, Export Institute of Valencia). This solution was exported to Latham market (such as Chile, Mexico, Colombia and Argentina) and the Europe (France and Germany).
