Prepare and check the billing statements for ATPInc and Fortress base on approved rate in the Master list of clients.
Prepare those Statement of Account with inclusive tax rate in Quick Books.
Prepare accurate billing adjustment and update the contract master service details (regular rate, reimbursement, overtime and on call rate) in ERIC.
Encode trip tickets in ERIC and check it before printing.
Sort and photocopy trip tickets and other documents as a company’s copy.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries.
Coordinate in Admin Department regarding of clients contract.
Perform the other management functions.
Skilled in Microsoft office suite e.g. word, excel, power point.
Internet research and telephone reception.
Customer service.
Can work flexible and accurately.
