About Myself:
I’m a well-rounded 30-year-old male, grew up in Blaine, graduated Spring lake park HS in 2003. I'm currently living in Blaine with my fiancé and our 3 children. I am looking for full-time permanent work with a decent starting pay with opportunities to advance! In return I plan to devote myself exclusively to my companies’ success! I am the type of employee who takes pride in his work and am always looking for better ways to accomplish results and create an efficient productive environment. I wouldn't consider myself as being articulate, but I do communicate well with co-workers and management! I'm very approachable in any type of work environment, because I enjoy helping others. My work experience is limited but I have held my current job in property maintenance for almost 11 years! with an awesome attendance record! In that time, I have also maintained several long-term accounts by providing them with the best service possible. Many of our clients ask for me by name because I take the time to make sure they are satisfied. I don’t like receiving complaints as much as people don’t like sending them, so I do my best to meet expectations. I am considered a supervisor with my company, dealing mostly with customer and employee needs but also jumping in to operate machinery when needed. I have held a few off-season jobs over the years during the winter months and I am fork-lift certified, I have worked in fast-paced distribution environments, familiar with RF scanners, inventory systems, shipping/receiving duties. I enjoy learning new things and discovering ideas, finding solutions and analyzing situations to create the best outcomes i.e. efficiency/quality/value. I have completed my Associates in Arts degree with an emphasis on business finance. Its been a good run with lawn-care, had a great time but it’s time to start a career in something new! I’m looking for a good starting point I am moderately tech savvy and can manage any basic computer function without assistance. I am open for short-term travel if needed and have a reliable vehicle to get to work every day!
