Academic Project:-

Project Title : Comparative Analysis of Fins of 100 C.C. S.I. Engines of Two different companies.

Duration : 1 month

Team size : 4

Role : To design the engine block having fins, simulate the prepared engine blocks according to the different environmental conditions and finally prepared the report.

Description : This project focuses on the thermal analysis and simulation of the cooling system of 4 stroke bikes engines under different speeds. As we knows that Fins plays the very important role in cooling of small engines and avoid the chances of overheating of the bikes engines. This study includes modeling the bikes engine using proper dimensions along with fins using already exist solid models as the reference on Design Modular Software which is a part program of ANSYS provided for designing tasks. The future of this study is very wide as it is not possible to check all design parameters on physical prototypes due to the requirement of very long duration of time and a large amount of money whereas these types of studies not only saves the valuable time but also reduce the cost. Furthermore, the scope of this study was to execute an independent and objective analysis study of the cooling system of the 4 stroke air cooled bikes engines.
