- Responsible for all accounting functions in the Northern Ohio Complex.
- Served a business partner with the Northern Ohio General Manager
- Successfully integrated the Streetsboro facility and closed the Solon facility during the Temple-Inland acquisition
- Developed the initial 5-10 year strategic capital plan for the Wooster, OH facility
- Key player in getting several new medium and large capital projects approved from the previous 5 years for the Wooster facility

2005, and finally a 4th plant in 2008.
- Acquired by International Paper in 2008 and led 3 former Weyerhaeuser facilities through the integration
while integrating one IP plant as well.
- Led a successful Finance process improvement pilot for International Paper that was implemented in over 150 IP facilities
- Key player in working with General Manager and Lead team in driving cost savings and process improvements.
