I have been working as a WebSphere Administrator for the past 8 years on various projects. I have a rich background on administration of J2EE application server and other middleware products.

I have around 8 years of IT (agile and waterfall) experience, consulting experience and support experience on WAS, dealing with end users, release management, customer issues/incident management, infrastructure management, source code management, coordinating with the third party vendors etc. and also with the Onshore-Offshore model.
