Client: Fortune 100 Electronics & Consumer Goods Manufacturer Role: e-Commerce Architect

Project: Global B2B e-Commerce Storefront and Marketplace

Led solution design and architecture for a $7 million B2B e-commerce solution based on WebSphere Commerce. Implemented complex contract management and pricing, multi-language support and multi-currencies.

Product catalog included a marketplace for third party products, bundles and configured items. Marketplace integration supported supplier management of product offering and order routing for direct order fulfillment (drop ship).

Project: Ambulatory Care e-Commerce

Led onshore and offshore teams developing backend functionality for e-Commerce site with multi-billion-dollar annual volume.

Implemented business logic and data architecture on WebSphere Commerce using SOA-based architecture to interface with WebSphere Portal. Managed project team to create central authorization server to provide internet access in over 2000 hotels. System authenticated users, processed payment, and provided access for free and paid internet service.

Proposal: Hybris Customer B2B Portal

Solutioned and estimated a $4.7 million Hybris B2B sales and order management platform. Global site was implemented in 5 regional releases covering 4 product lines.

Integrated Hybris, Adobe Experience Manager for CMS, and regional instances of SAP. Site included a responsive design to support tablets and mobile devices.

Client: Fortune 1000 Industrial Equipment Maker Role: Project Manager

Project: WebSphere Commerce Suite

Managed design and implementation of six divisional e-Commerce sites on WebSphere Commerce (WCS) platform. Executed strategic objectives identified in e-Commerce Strategy Project.

Integrated sites to sales, engineering, fulfillment, invoicing, and data warehouses. Sites included multi-language and multi-currency support. Sites handled more than $12M in annual sales volume with product catalogs containing over 1 million SKU’s.

Client: Electronics and Consumer Good Manufacturer Role: Solution Architect

Proposal: WCS Consumer and Distributor e-Commerce Site

A WebSphere Commerce implementation to provide B2C storefronts for direct to consumer product lines and B2B capabilities for products sold through a distributor network. Responsive implementation of the WCS Aurora starter store with a $6.4 million budget.

Integrated to Bazaarvoice for ratings and reviews, social media integration, payment processors, tax services, and address validation.

Proposal: Hybris e-Commerce

Proposal for a $4.3 million proposal for Hybris e-Commerce and customer self-service. Enabled the online sale and management of physical, digital, and subscription products. Enabled online management of subscriptions including renewals, modifications and cancellations.

System integrated with Digital Rights Management (DRM) for delivery of digital products. Other integrations included Adobe Analytics, Oracle for fulfillment, and payment tokenization provider.

Project: Outsourcing Strategy Assessment

Client is the parent company of media and market research firms worldwide. Led workshop of 35 Europe and Asia-Pacific based CIO’s, COO’s and other corporate executives to identify cost savings initiatives through outsourcing and automation of business processes. Client: Canadian Grocery Retailer Role: Solution Architect

Proposal: Hybris Omni-Channel Commerce and Click and Collect

Proposal for a $5.4 million proposal for omni-channel e-Commerce and “click and collect” online ordering of groceries. Provided a consistent experience across online, phone, and in-store experience.

Integrated the Hybris website with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to enable the customer to select available pickup time slots and with POS to enable in-store payment and modification of order. Customer Support channel given real-time visibility to online orders and in-store status.
