RESPONSIBILITIES AS A QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER E/I:

Responsible to raise the RFI (Request for Inspection) and arrange the site inspection as per Hold/Witness with client representatives.

Issuance of NCR (Non-conformance report) for discrepancies as per material system specifications.

Inspection of power/control/signal cables for cable laying.

Cable termination and testing records for Hi-potential testing, Megger testing and continuity testing.

Installation inspection of H.V/L.V Switchgears, MCCs, Local Control Stations, Transformers, and utility outlets.

Installation inspection of lighting fixtures and record the Lighting Illumination tests as per SAES requirements.

Witness the installation of Grounding systems, Thermit Welding and report the Ground Resistance testing records.

Inspection for the installation of Cable trays and conduit in classified and Non-classified areas as per SAES, NEMA and NEC accordingly.

Inspection and testing of Cathodic Protection System

Pre-commissioning of Fire Alarm systems, HVAC system, Public Addressing systems, Close circuit television system, and Plant telecommunication systems.

Testing of smoke detectors, temperature detectors and laser detectors

Preparing calibration record of all types of skid-mounting instruments (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature and Vibration types).

Issuance of punch listing as per project scope of work.
