Executive Assistant

It is the primary duties of the executive Secretary to get instructions from the President in the performance of her duties as the Executive Secretary and among others:

1.To attend, record and prepare minutes of the Board Meetings.

2.To assist in the organization of the PRINT PHILIPPINES show.

3.To account and report to the Board all the financial records of the different accounts of PIAP, PIAP's Foundation; PRINT PHILIPPINES Account, PIBFI account and other accounts maintained by PIAP and its sister organization.

4.To keep all the records of PIAP and file it in an orderly manner including the minutes, contracts executed with PTTC and WTC and other important documents.

5.To keep a complete record and listing of all the exhibitors of PRINT PHILS. Show, the contact persons and its telephone & cellphone nos.

6.To assist in organizing the General Membership meeting and keep a record of all the previous sponsors.

7.To assist in organizing the Printing Updates and keep a record of all the sponsors.

8.To assist & coordinate with the chairman of the publication & Internet committee on the production of The Philippine Printer, the official publication of the Printing Industries Association of the Philippines and see to it that it will come out off the press as scheduled and on time.

9.To assist and coordinate with the website providers and see to it that the PIAP website is up to date on the activities undertaken by PIAP.

10.To help and assist in coordination between our official travel agent and PIAP's members participating in the different overseas trade shows organized by PIAP, such as DRUPA, PRINT USA, IPEX, IGAS, CHINA PRINT, CHINA PRINT, ALL IN PRINT CHINA and other international printing trade shows organized by PIAP.

11.To assist and coordinate with the chairman of PRINT EXCELLENCE CONTEST on the process of conducting the annual Print Excellence Contest.

12.To prepare and assist in mailing out all the circulars issued by PIAP, including the sorting and folding of the circulars and Philippine Printer magazine which are normally assigned to the Assistant Executive Secretary and see to it they are mail out immediately and on time.

13.To complement the mailing out of the circulars, additional measures such as sending out thru fax and emails to our members, to insured they will received on time, before the occasion of the event happen.

14.To assist and coordinate with the chairman of the respective committees among others the holding of the Annual Family Outing, Annual Family Bowling Fellowship and other activities such as Badminton, Golf Tournament and other related activities of the PIAP.

15.And to perform such other duties which may be assign to her from time to time by the President, Secretary General and or by the Board.
