Achieved an increase in the value of compression strength and shear strength of a green sand
Proved that addition of iron-oxide to the green molding sand have no adverse effects on the casting abilities of the sand

By observing, I enhanced a clear view of various casting processes

Looking after the End to End Production planning for Hot Box for the client Bloomenergy who are the makers of the world’s best energy servers.
Receipt of Market Demand through MS Dynamics and execution of the same as per FSN (Fast Moving-Slow Moving-Non Moving) Articles.
Responsible for Production Planning for the Organization. This Includes preparing monthly plans for assembly of Hot Box and the required sub assemblies, planning for the manufacturing of components in the manufacturing bay and allocation of Machine resources to make Sub-assemblies needed for final assemblies.
Making build plans on the basis of Forecast and Sales orders received from customers and generating requirements for procuring and manufacturing components.
Production Planning in assembly Lines with TAKT TIME (Variable Capacity Planning) and Level Loading.
