Responsible for four plants in Portland, OR and one in Vancouver, WA totaling seven presses, anodizing, packing, fabrication, die manufacturing, die repair, engineering, maintenance, coatings (two lines), quality, finance, customer service, H&R, planning & scheduling and health and safety.

Managed 650 employees.

Portland stayed very profitable throughout this period.

Have been an extrusion productivity benchmark for the entire Sapa group throughout my career in various locations.

Responsible for manufacturing within Sapa, Inc. Five sites, 550 employees.

Acquired and was responsible for an extrusion facility with 30 employees in Parsons, KS. This facility and the Vancouver, B.C. facility got closed and the business got incorporated in to the Portland plant so did the Calgary plant. Sapa Inc., Portland, OR
