JOB RESPONCIBILITES:

CAPTAIN: The job responsibility of captain is to welcome the guest in the restaurant and offer him proper seat according to the guest requirement then represent him menu card for the orders and wait for some time for the orders. Take time of 15 to 20 minutes from the guest for the food preparation. When the order is placed by the waiter to the guest table captain has to see that it is accordingly to the order sheet as per guest requirement. Then captain has to check the running orders and to check the billing is according to the orders and the cash/ card payment is according to the bill. Captain has to check inventory weekly/ monthly and to take briefing of the steward daily or whenever required. Sr. Captain has to see the work of captain in duty timings, check the paid bills and to see the F.L.R records of the bar.
