the day to day running of a 31 bed dementia care unit within a care home setting. This included the administration of residents medication as well as coordinating care staff to ensure the smooth running of the unit. Liaising with internal and external personnel to ensure residents needs are met on a daily basis. Administering first aid whenever necessary and contacting emergency services when needed. Ensuring residents and family members are kept up to date with any developments regarding treatment and the well-being of the resident.
