ANNATA – IDMS: Solution architect on the implementation of ANNATA IDMS vertical. The project involved the implementation of IDMS modules, integrating with 6 other legacy systems. Replacement of the integration plataform, developing of 3 new portals and refactoring of 3 exising portals. On this project, we redesign the entire sales pipeline from the company, using standard functionalities from sales and marketing (management os leads, prospects and opportunities) mixed with IDMS functionalities (Project cotations with idms add-ons, Rental Ordel, Contracts) and a lot of other features from Trade & Logistics and Financial Modules. Working a pair of a program manager we managed a team that started with 8 members and ended with more than 30.
